New Super Eagles star Kingsley Ehizibue set to get Nigerian passport this week ahead of a 2021 Africa Cup of Nations qualifies double-header against Sierra Leone.

The 24-year-old FC Cologne defender was among the two newly invited players along Heracles Almelo striker Cyriel Dessers for this month’s clash in Asaba.

Ehizibue will get a Nigerian passport in Holland ahead for the Sierra Leone clash. Belgian-born striker Cyriel Dessers has already gotten his Nigerian passport after switching his international allegiance to Nigeria.

Nigeria host the Leone Stars at the Stephen Keshi Stadium in Asaba on Friday, March 27, before flying to Freetown to confront the Stars at the Siaka Stevens Stadium in the return four days later. Ehizibue has a goal in 22 appearances in the Bundesliga and Cologne are 10th on the table
